Every class at Combat Performance and Fitness is taught by skilled instructors who are Certified Personal Trainers, Certified Group Fitness Instructors and/or Professional Martial Arts Fighters.

We offer classes for a variety of different needs for children and adults. Our Fitness Program offers a wide variety of classes geared towards loosing weight, gaining strength and increasing endurance. Our Mixed Martial Arts Program features classes suited for those who want to enhance their fighting skills in the cage, on the mat and in the ring.
