Combat Strength Classes

The Combat Strength Class will break any plateau!

60 minutes of whole body functional strength work using TRX and Jungle Gym suspension training, kettle bells, steps and risers, and dumbbell strength training. Shred out, pump up, and realize your body’s potential! Designed to build confidence and gradually increase strength, this is a great class for any fitness level, from beginners to more advanced students.  Combat Strength is offered 4 times a week in the Fitness Room.
