HIIT Kickboxing is formulated to take you through an 8 round grueling standup fight!
Fast paced intervals of bag work, shadow boxing, and focus mitts are followed by core and flexibility training. HIIT Kickboxing is designed to optimize and challenge the body’s natural ability to adapt using explosive, high energy cardio routines to build strength and endurance while increasing calorie burn. This class is offered 4 times a week in the Fitness Room. Taught by 2nd Degree Black Belt Luis Ramirez and 6th Degree Black Belt Kim Cox.
