Blast away and slam ground and pound bags, sharp shoot with focus mitt work, and chop away on Muay Thai heavy bags to fight your way to a rock hard MMA fighter body. This is a no contact, hardcore Fitness Class designed to trim away fat and optmize metabolic burn. MMA Fitness is offered once a week in the Fitness Room by personal trainer and jiu jitsu coach Pete Davidsmeier.
