If you love adventure in your workouts, the Warrior Fitness class is for you!
Designed after Combat Performance and Fitness’ own training system for the Tough Mudder race. The class combines intervals of half mile runs and freestyle circuit training stations. Warrior Fitness includes a little bit of everything, including cardio drills, sled pushing, tire flipping, battle ropes, and even monkey bars! You will get in amazing shape from this class and maybe even try an adventure race with us! Warrior Fitness is offered 1 time a week in the Cross Training Room.
