Restorative Yoga Classes

Restorative Yoga uses active and passive postures held for longer periods of time to allow for therapeutic benefits and deep opening of the connective tissues in the hips, pelvis, and spine. Props such as yoga blankets, blocks, and straps will be used to encourage healing and rest, and this class is ideal for students looking for increased flexibility, reduced physical or mental stress, or those recovering from or dealing with chronic pain and/or injury.
