Meet our personal trainers

Our personal trainers will help you achieve your fitness and performance goals quickly by providing motivation, consistency, individualized instruction, and effective workouts.  Our trainers instruct clients on how to use equipment safely and observe, assist and correct if exercises are done improperly in order to prevent injury.  At CPF, it is important to us that our trainers develop relationships with each client and become personally invested in their athletic and fitness goals.
